Our Story
One Estate, Offered Two Ways
Low Country Luxury is one private estate on Hilton Head Island, and everything here is about that single property done well. The home sits at 25 Starboard Tack inside Palmetto Dunes, and it is offered two ways: as a large-group luxury vacation rental for families, and as a private venue for corporate retreats. Guests coined their own name for it in the reviews, Starboard Tack Castle, and the name stuck because the place earns it.
Rather than spreading attention across a portfolio of listings, this is one home held to a high standard. That focus is what lets a single estate serve both a three-generation family reunion and an executive leadership offsite without cutting a corner on either.

The estate is professionally managed through Hilton Head Properties R&R, a full-service Hilton Head property management team.
